In Google Ads, go to Campaigns โ†’ Insights & reports โ†’ Search terms in the left sidebar.

Set your date range to last 30โ€“90 days using the date picker in the top right.

Make sure your columns include: Search term, Campaign, Ad group, Impressions, Clicks, CTR, Avg. CPC, Cost, Conversions, Conv. rate.

Click the download icon (top right of the table) and choose CSV. Upload that file here.
